Processing Information:
Your order will process in 1-2 business days of receipt. You will be notified of any backordered products via telephone or e-mail and these items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock, unless otherwise noted by you.
Taxable Sales:
You WILL be charged tax on your order if it is being shipped to an address in the state of Texas.
Wholesale Orders:

Shipping Information:
We offer shipping through UPS and USPS. If USPS is your chosen shipping method, we are unable to provide an estimated delivery date or guarantee delivery by a certain date. Please note that there are no tracking numbers when shipping with USPS.
Returns and Refund Policy:
All broken or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. The product you are returning cannot be used. You are responsible for shipping cost on any returned items. We will replace damaged products with an equal or comparable product that is of equal value. No refunds will be issued. All sales are final.
